here you go.

Go ahead and tweak that for how you need it for your site, or if you don’t know how, ask me and I’ll do it for you.  I hate it when I’m reading a comic and I have to move the mouse around or scroll, every page, to hit the “next” button.  At least put the navigation at the top and design your site so the buttons will load in the same spot every page refresh.  Please.   It will make it easier for my brain to turn into mush.

If you’re reading this you probably, at some point in your life, wanted to post an image on the internet. A forum, your myspace, whatever. While you can always sign up for Imageshack or Twitpic or just upload them to one of the billion other places you can, sometimes it’s nice to have something easier. That’s why I made the script for my image hosting. Just go, upload, click bam boom easy. No logging in, no thumbnails, no nothing.

Anyway, blah blah blah, here’s the cleaned up source code:

Easy PHP Image Hosting Script

I took out the random image generator, because that uses mysql to store the array of images to randomly cycle through. This is 100% standalone, it’s easy, and it works. Well, it works for me.  There you go.

Download Wordpress Post Twitter Updater w/ tinyURL and Zi.ma URL Shortening

I modified the code from The original twitter updater and the twitter update with tinyURL API integration.

Unfortunately there seems to be a duplicate posting issue – The issue comes from wordpress’s automatic revision saving feature. If you’re affected, put define(‘WP_POST_REVISIONS’, false); in wp-config. I don’t see any other way to fix it, but when I do, I’ll post it.

  1. Download the plugin (see above link.)
  2. Unzip the compressed file to your hard drive.
  3. Upload the “twitter_updater” folder to your wp-content/plugins folder.
  4. Browse to the Plugins page under wp-admin and activate the plugin.
  5. Setting the options: Browse to Manage->Twitter Updater.
  6. On this page, you can set any options you would like to.
